Safe Trader Scheme
The Safe Trader Scheme is operated by Lancashire County Council Trading Standards, and its aim is to help and assist residents of Lancashire to find a reputable trader for home improvements.
The aim of the scheme is to reassure potential customers by providing advice and information on employing a trader and providing a list of Safe Trader Members. Businesses which are members of the Safe Trader Scheme have demonstrated their commitment to fair and honest trading by signing up to the Schemes Code or Practice.
